Job Description
Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for Service Provider with networking experience is responsible for driving the launch, adoption, and revenue growth of networking infrastructure products (e.g., SD-WAN, Campus/Branch, AI-driven networking) by aligning with internal TCS sales teams and horizontal teams to influence the solution.
This role combines technical expertise in networking technologies with strategic, customer-facing skills to accelerate product adoption and increase market share for Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing networking services within Cloud and IOT&DE, defining target audiences and value propositions along with Service Provider and TCS.
Sales Enablement & Support: Create high-impact technical content, demos, and training materials (e.g., for AI-driven NetOps/DevOps workflows) to empower sales teams and partners.
Technical Advocacy: Showcase capabilities at industry events, and with strategic customers.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to translate market signals into product enhancements.
Pipeline, Revenue Growth and Governance: Identify key opportunities, build pipeline for $200 Mn, ensure successful market adoption to sell on the strong pipeline with good conversation ratio. Join regular governance calls with Service Provider teams.
Market Analysis: Monitor network industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify strategic gaps.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical selling of Network Services for 13-16 years and working experience with internal Horizontal teams to influence the solution, offering management, or technical sales within the networking industry.
Domain Expertise: Strong background in enterprise networking technologies, including campus/branch, wired/wireless, SD-WAN, and SaaS-based network management.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Cloud and IOT&DE), influence stakeholders, and manage complex initiatives.
Salary Range: $126,000 - $190,000 a year
