Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced AI Sales Head to lead and grow the company’s Artificial Intelligence sales initiatives across the Retail sector in the United States and Canada. The role focuses on both strategic and tactical growth, driving the adoption of advanced AI solutions—including Composite AI, Large Language Models, Generative AI (GenAI), AgenticAI, and AIOps—while ensuring alignment with AI governance, Responsible AI, and Explainable AI practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract signing and revenue recognition.
Champion the adoption of advanced AI solutions and guide customers through complex sales cycles.
Maintain clinical precision on deals while aligning with strategic imperatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s (MBA) degree required; advanced degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Deep understanding of the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry in North America.
20+ years of experience in AI and Data Sales, preferably within the U.S. and Canadian Retail & CPG markets.
Proven track record in managing complex AI sales cycles and closing high‑value deals.
Hands‑on expertise with GenAI, AgenticAI, AIOps, and modern AI solution stacks.
Based in the United States with flexibility to travel across the region as business needs dictate.
Salary
$195,600 – $253,200 per year
