Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to fill an interdisciplinary role, serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will analyze current processes and systems, assess business models, and facilitate their integration with technology. The position involves close partnership with Project Managers and IT groups to ensure project success throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements.
Work with development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
Create prototypes to evaluate solutions with both business and technical teams.
Combine business and technology skills with leadership, communication, and facilitation.
Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to ensure a true understanding of business needs.
Develop and execute project plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
Function as an IVR Analyst with hands‑on development experience in Python and Java, utilizing AI tools.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Experience:
5-6 years of relevant experience, including work with Speech IVR or other client‑facing systems as an analyst, developer, or tester.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Agile/Lean methodologies.
Working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Bitbucket), Confluence, and Scrum practices.
Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and Python.
Experience with analysis, use case creation, High‑Level Design, API/web services documentation, Gap Analysis, and Defect Triage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and/or Genesys Architect, or related certification.
Knowledge of cloud and call center technology.
Experience with mobile or web‑based software development projects.
Familiarity with Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development.
Work Environment
This role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite, beginning on day one. The candidate should be prepared to work in a high‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $63.00 and $68.26 per hour.
