Market Manager
As a Market Manager, you will lead an Ambassador team and facilitate legendary experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities include managing Talent and resources across 1-3 branches, maintaining the physical branch environment, coaching ambassadors, developing community relationships, and driving branch performance.
Responsibilities
Manage talent and resources across an average of 1‑3 branches with a team of Ambassadors, supporting a diverse set of customers.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
At least 1 year of Management or Supervisory Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services Experience.
2+ years of People Management Experience.

Salary ranges vary by location: Baton Rouge, LA and Bogalusa, LA – $95,000 to $105,000 for Market Manager. Salaries for other locations will be the range associated with that location. All salaries listed are the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting.
This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
