We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and policy enforcement, as well as to help bring our culture to life through employee engagement events.

Core Responsibilities

Provide daily, hands‑on expertise across the employee lifecycle, supporting People Ops stakeholders in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

Serve as a subject matter expert on People Ops policies and procedures, ensuring all practices remain in strict alignment with evolving state and federal labor laws.

Manage the HRIS platform to maintain a diverse employee database, leveraging data to generate actionable reports and streamline personnel file management.

Oversee the lifecycle of employee records, including file audits and employment verifications, ensuring 100% accuracy and the highest level of confidentiality.

Design high‑impact employee content and internal announcements using Canva, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to keep the front office informed and inspired.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one.

Develop and maintain onboarding materials that help new hires integrate smoothly into the work environment.

Engagement, Events & Game Day

Provide end‑to‑end project management for employee engagement events, fostering a "One Team" atmosphere across the organization.

Execute specialized People Ops functions on game days, serving as a visible point of contact for staff and ensuring operational excellence during stadium events.

Coordinate logistics for staff appreciation initiatives, holiday celebrations, and championship‑level events, ensuring a world‑class experience for our internal team.

Reporting and Metrics

Leverage People Operations analytics to evaluate the success of HR initiatives—measuring engagement velocity, participation trends, and qualitative feedback to quantify program ROI and effectiveness.

Technology and Tools

Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance engagement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams.

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in work and employee engagement to improve our approach continuously.

Operational Excellence

Perform essential clerical and administrative support for multiple People Ops functional areas, adapting quickly to the shifting priorities of a professional sports environment.

Tackle other duties as assigned with a proactive mindset, contributing to the overall success and agility of the People Operations department.

Basic Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or related field is preferred.

3+ years of progressive People Operations experience with a specialized focus on employee lifecycle management and engagement.

Deep understanding of work challenges and modern best practices for fostering engagement and authentic connection in a high‑performance environment.

Full literacy in both Microsoft (Windows) and Apple (macOS) based environments.

Skilled in using virtual collaboration platforms.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks, adhere to stringent deadlines, and perform efficiently within a dynamic and collaborative team setting.

Organized, creative, and detail‑oriented visually and grammatically.

Creative problem‑solving and proactive issue resolution.

Effective communication and project management.

Energetic, optimistic, and attentive to others' changing needs.

Strong preference for candidates with experience in sports and entertainment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings and weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and manage event‑related logistics.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required for organization‑related travel.
