Own the operational systems that allow our Founder to stay focused on relationships and strategy across a portfolio of onshore and offshore energy partners.
What you'll own
Monthly BD reports per partner
Content calendar and LinkedIn scheduling
Meeting and conference coordination
Outreach and follow-up tracking
Inbound triage and daily routing
What we're looking for
3+ years in BD coordination, sales ops, or executive support
Energy sector exposure preferred, not required
Self-starter who builds and improves processes
Engagement
90-day initial term with rolling renewal
