The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct autism spectrum disorder (ASD) evaluations for pediatric clients in our Columbia, MD clinic.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive base salary and the opportunity to focus on high-quality diagnostic work within a structured, supportive clinical environment.

Our Columbia location is an expanding clinic with increasing referral volume, a newly renovated space, and a growing need for diagnostic services.
Compensation
$130,000 – $150,000 annual salary
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in pediatric populations
Complete clinical interviews with parents/caregivers and gather developmental history
Administer and score standardized assessment tools, including ADOS-2 and other appropriate measures
Observe and assess social communication, behavior, and developmental functioning
Integrate clinical findings and determine diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria
Prepare clear, thorough, and timely written evaluation reports
Provide feedback sessions to families, including diagnosis and recommendations
Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary team members as needed
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards
Requirements
Active Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state of Maryland required
Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder in children required
Experience with ADOS-2 or similar standardized diagnostic tools preferred
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Ability to communicate findings clearly and compassionately to families
Strong documentation and report writing skills
Educational Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or a related field required
