Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation
Earn $18.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Qualifications
Experience: Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.
Benefits
Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).
