Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Medical Office (Practice) Coordinator.
Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship.
Duration:
Up to 26 weeks contract with possibility of extension.
Notes:
100% onsite role.
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Description
Administrative Practice Coordinator – manage incoming phone calls, route calls, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
Estimated patient volume: 300 patients per day.
Qualifications
Prefer at least 6 months experience in health care (but depends on skill set).
Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail skills.
Strongly prefer candidates trained/experienced with Apex.
