Toasted Oak Grill & Market located inside the Renaissance Baronette Hotel is seeking a Banquet Kitchen Supervisor. Up to $23 / hour.
Responsibilities
As a supervisor in the kitchen, you will be overseeing banquet meals and daily prep.
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality event experiences by preparing food with consistency, accuracy, and care.
Your dedication to safety, organization, and guest satisfaction will ensure smooth kitchen operations and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality team.
Flexibility with the ability to work days, nights and weekends when needed.
Oversee the process and team while preparing banquet food and prep throughout the week.
Prepare banquet orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
Prepare food of consistent quality.
Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations.
Practice safety standards at all times.
Report to work in full clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
Work with Chef to with ordering and pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior banquet food preparation and leadership.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
