
Generator Technician

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Generator Technician to join our talented technical team. This position offers a dynamic, hands‑on environment where your mechanical skills will directly contribute to the performance and safety of commercial aircraft systems. As a Generator Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, disassembling, repairing, reassembling, and testing various aircraft components. You will follow OEM manuals, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations to ensure all components meet quality and airworthiness standards before being released back into service.

Skills & Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of hands‑on experience working with generator systems (aviation or aerospace preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Familiarity with FAA regulations and MRO standards is preferred
