Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Retail Store Manager located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage inventory, and support staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Other core responsibilities include maintaining retail loss prevention standards, supervising sales activities to meet sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the manager will handle customer service matters to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the store’s overall success.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and Store Management skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
Proficiency in effective oral and written Communication skills
Experience with Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Ability to create a positive and productive team environment
Analytical skills to track goals and maintain performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with the e‑bike or outdoor retail market is a plus
