Position Purpose
The CT Technologist performs a variety of CT procedures both professional and non‑clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of CT procedures consistent with optimal image quality.
Enter online charges in the RIS system and ensure accuracy as specified by the Administrative Policy.
Participate in on‑call coverage as applicable.
Follow guidelines for Radiation Safety as outlined in the MCHS Radiation Safety Policy Manual.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program; knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and pathology required.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and hold a valid State of Ohio Radiological License; CT registry preferred.
Prior experience in CT preferred.
Maintain current CPR certification.
