3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (64 hrs. per two-week pay period)
Pay Range
$19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers)
Administer medications per training and policy
Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system
Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff
Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities
Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans
Qualifications
Education Preferred
HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota
Experience Preferred
Previous caregiving experience in senior care, home care, or similar setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice
Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems
Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members
Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures
Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines
Must be at least 18 years old
