How you’ll make an impact in this role
Administer prescribed medications to Assisted Living residents under licensed nurse supervision, following established protocols.
Observe residents for medication response or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain up‑to‑date records.
Promote resident safety and maintain organized medication supplies.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Certified Nursing Assistant licensure required; relevant to the state in which work is performed preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
