As a Licensed Esthetician, you will:
Deliver high‑integrity esthetic services that create visible, measurable improvement while making every client experience feel calm, premium, and personal.
Client Experience + Treatment Delivery
Signature and advanced facials
Acne and clarifying treatments
Brightening and age‑supportive treatments
Chemical exfoliation and peels
Dermaplaning
Waxing services
Brow shaping and tinting
Service enhancements and add‑ons
Conduct thoughtful consultations that assess skin, lifestyle, goals, barriers, and contraindications
Set clear, realistic expectations with confidence and care
Build simple, effective treatment plans that include today’s service, the next best step, and supportive home care
Maintain a treatment space that feels elevated, clean, calm, and ready at all times
Education‑First Retail
At Precision Wellness, retail is never about pressure. It is about support.
Recommend home care only when it genuinely supports the client’s outcome
Clearly explain the why behind your recommendations, including ingredients, usage, and expected results
Track progress and adjust plans based on client response, tolerance, and goals
Protect trust at all costs by prioritizing long‑term relationships over short‑term sales
Documentation + Operational Excellence

What We’re Looking For
Required
Active Missouri Esthetician License
Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and safe service protocols
Excellent consultation skills and confidence leading client conversations
Commitment to sanitation, infection control, and compliance standards
Comfort with home care recommendations and rebooking conversations
Professional communication, punctuality, and reliable attendance
Preferred
1+ year of experience in a spa, med spa, or other high‑touch service environment
Advanced esthetics experience
Experience supporting retention, memberships, or long‑term client journey planning
Comfort using booking systems, treatment notes, and retail/inventory tools
