Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician & certified Laser Technician who is passionate about skincare, client results, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and sales-driven, with the ability to build strong client relationships and recommend customized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced skincare services including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other medical‑grade procedures (based on certification).
Evaluate clients’ skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans.
Educate clients on treatment options, pre‑ and post‑care, and homecare products.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Build long‑term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
Meet or exceed individual service and retail sales goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies.
Qualifications
Active Esthetician license (required).
Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations).
1–2+ years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred.
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
Sales‑oriented with a passion for client results.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
