What You’ll Do
Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed esthetician (required)
Strong communication and customer care skills
Passion for skincare and continued learning
Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
