Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a home setting
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Provides your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist

PRN Therapist Role Overview
A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool and works on a per diem basis. As a PRN therapist, the organization assigns patient cases based on need.
Flexible schedule: PRN therapists choose when they work and can accept or decline cases based on availability.
