Job Overview
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. This is a 13‑week travel position, 12‑hour night shifts totalling 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure accurate image capture.
Prepare and maintain patients for radiologic testing.
Verify patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
Follow physician orders regarding which areas of the body need imaging.
Position patients correctly and adjust the imaging equipment as required.
Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure for both self and patient by taking appropriate protective precautions.
Calibrate imaging equipment.
Prepare results for physician review.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Use the McKesson PACS system.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
BLS certification, ARRT (R) national certification, and state‑specific licensing when required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty.
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
