Compensation
Hourly Wage:
$20 - $33
per hour; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
