Compensation
Hourly Wage:

$19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be earned. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview
The Health and Beauty associate focuses on two key areas: caring for customers and creative merchandising. The role involves moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
