Shift Details: Clinic is open M-TH 8am-7 pm and F 8 am-5pm. Two closing shifts are required. FTE and schedule has potential for flexibility; please reach out to hiring manager for questions. Holidays: not required Weekends: not required
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
Experience meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You’ll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
Licensure
Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
