Physical Therapist – Long-term Acute Care (PT – Acute)

Travel Physical Therapist positions in Haverhill, MA let you help clients in long‑term care settings regain mobility and independence. You will assess physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapy to improve strength and function, and educate clients and families on exercise programs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and safety practices.
Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Licensed Massachusetts Physical Therapist.
Current BLS/CPR certification (copy required).
Experience in long‑term acute care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Social Security Number required.
Date of Birth required.
At least one reference from entire work history.
