Conduct detailed assessments of patients to determine therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient strength, mobility, and overall function.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing care needs.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care settings preferred.
Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge in treating neurological and orthopedic conditions is a plus.
