This is a 13‑week contract position.
Day shift from 08:00 to 17:00, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
