Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our Acute Care team. This role involves working with adult and geriatric patients in a supportive healthcare environment, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individual treatment plans.
Implement therapy sessions utilizing various techniques to enhance patient recovery.
Utilize specialized skills including biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and more.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Community Hospital charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
Current BLS and NBCOT certifications are required.
Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
Ability to work with various patient diagnoses and acuity levels.
