Work Schedule: 10a-7p mainly discharges.
Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, performing patient assessments and delivering care based on medical protocols.
Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including patient care and billing reports, while maintaining confidentiality standards.
Operates and maintains ambulance and medical equipment safely, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
Communicates effectively with dispatch, medical teams, and emergency personnel to coordinate patient care and transport.
Provides high-quality customer service while supporting team members, ongoing training, and community engagement initiatives.
