FT/PT Status: Full time 30-39

Work Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per week 36 hours - Sat, Sun, Mon shift

Job Responsibilities:
What you will do.

Facilitate safe, therapeutic environments across multiple programs, serving children and adults with mental health, substance abuse and dual-diagnosis.

Maintain detailed daily documentation and collaborate with clinical teams to support treatment plans.

Operate effectively across diverse departments, including Adult/Children's Crisis Units, Detox and Transitional Living.

Job Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma/equivalent. One (1) year direct‑care experience in a behavioral health, human services, corrections, mental health or related field preferred. Or the successful completion of the equivalent of 30 semester/credit hours towards an undergraduate degree in health, behavioral health, human services or a related field.

Should possess a general knowledge of co-occurring disorders in order to best serve both target populations (substance abuse and mental health preferred). Must be comfortable working with children and adults and to use verbal and physical interventions (as a last resort) to manage aggression.

For those seeking employment in a residential setting a valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance is required.
