Centralized Receiving Facility Clinician!
Looking for a compassionate Clinician with assessment experience in multi‑campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses. Skilled crisis intervention, mental health assessments and documentation. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in adult/children's crisis and detoxification units.
What you will do.
Serve as the initial contact for individuals entering the Centralized Receiving Facility.
Complete mental health assessments of individuals presenting to the CRF.
Manage the CRF intake process by securing service consent, documentation, and preparing financial forms.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness across all required clinical and administrative records.

Job Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling or related field and at least 1 year of experience proving direct care services in a behavioral health setting. OR Master's degree in a human services field; experience providing direct care in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Must be able to attain competency with electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes.
