Our client is seeking an Emergency Department RN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in a fast‑paced acute‑care ER environment. This role supports a diverse patient population, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and ensures safe, effective clinical practice. The RN is responsible for assessment, stabilization, treatment, and evaluation of patients presenting with emergent and urgent conditions.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (depending on experience/qualifications)
Responsibilities:

Support patient stabilization, triage, and prioritization of care.

Provide patient and family education based on individual needs.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Utilize clinical technology and electronic medical records accurately and efficiently.

Perform rapid assessments and implement evidence‑based emergency interventions.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to clinical standards.

Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with providers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostics, transfers, and admissions.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)

Current RN license in the state of practice.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.

ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required within six (6) months of hire.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑acuity environment.

Ability to start within 30 days (relocation support available if needed)

Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and compassionate service.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Proficiency with electronic medical records and emergency‑care technology.

Preferred Skills:

One year of Emergency Department or acute‑care nursing experience.
