We are looking for a high‑caliber Security Supervisor to manage security operations at a high‑volume logistics center in McDonough, GA. The role requires a balance of strict protocol enforcement and executive‑level customer service.
Responsibilities
Access Control Leadership – Oversee the gate house and verify credentials for all incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring zero unauthorized entries.
Logistics Coordination – Act as the bridge between security and logistics staff, manage dock appointments, and direct traffic flow to prevent bottlenecks.
Surveillance Oversight – Monitor CCTV systems and use technology to identify vulnerabilities before incidents occur.
Team Command – Conduct patrols, enforce safety compliance, and maintain the highest standards of the Security Solutions brand.
Critical Reporting – Manage detailed logs and incident reports that provide the client with 100% transparency of site activity.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 Per Hour
Job Type: Full‑Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: In‑person (McDonough, GA)
Qualifications
Experience – Proven track record in security supervision, logistics security, or military/law enforcement is preferred.
Technical Proficiency – Advanced familiarity with CCTV systems, gate software, and computer reporting.
Command Presence – Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive during high‑traffic periods or emergencies.
Reliability – Must have a personal vehicle for commuting.
Compliance – Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Security License (un‑armed or armed)
