Overview
Join our NICU team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bend, Oregon. Our Level III NICU provides compassionate, family-centered care for newborns, offering opportunities to lead resuscitations, manage ventilators, and support neonatal transports.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement
Mentor new staff
Provide 24/7 care with flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts
Focus on family-centered neonatal care
Qualifications
NNP or PA certification
At least 2 years NICU experience
Strong procedural skills
