Overview
Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities
Lead neonatal resuscitations at birth and provide expert care for term and preterm infants.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
Engage in continuous learning, simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring.
Your Schedule
24/7 coverage with flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts, no formal call, supportive backup.
Qualifications
Certification as NNP or PA, minimum 2 years NICU experience, strong procedural skills, passion for family-centered care.
