Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide expert care for term and preterm infants in a Level III NICU.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional outcomes.
Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentorship opportunities.
Schedule includes 24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts, no formal call, and structured handoffs.
Requirements include certification, 2+ years NICU experience, and procedural skills.
