Job Description
Graduate Research Associate in the Department of Microbial Infection and Immunity conducts research under the guidance of a scientific mentor; performs complex laboratory techniques; generates hypotheses, designs, and records results of experiments; assists with collecting, analyzing, and compiling research data; maintains records, supplies, and equipment; assists with preparation of publications and grant applications; attends seminars and presents data at scientific meetings; participates in journal clubs, laboratory meetings, and department seminars and activities.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in biological sciences.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
