About the Role
Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mina’s Fish House, Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina. The Assistant reports to the Restaurant General Manager and oversees staff, guest satisfaction, menu execution, inventory control, and bar operations.

Responsibilities
Develop strong guest engagement skills to achieve high guest comment card scores above benchmark.
Maintain five‑star service excellence, leadership, food & beverage knowledge, and strict adherence to service standards.
Control inventory and manage international wines, spirits, and beers.
Lead the bar program, driving innovative mixology.
Innovatively manage daily restaurant operations to create unique guest experiences.
Qualifications
College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent.
1–2 years supervisory or assistant manager experience in food & beverage.
Knowledge of Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred.
