Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology
Job Location: Wellington, FL
Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with call required
Job Summary
Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patient s needs.
Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures.
Requirements
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required.
2 Years IR Acute Care Experience Required.
Neuro Stroke Experience Required.
Cerner experience required.
Active RN License, free of hits required.
3 years plus of IR experience is required.
Additional Requirement
Must live 100 miles away.
