Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency treatment to injured employees
Manage minor illnesses
Maintain the company’s first-aid room / medical center
Conduct routine health check-ups and medical screenings
Monitor chronic conditions (blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory issues)
Maintain accurate employee health records
Report and document workplace accidents and incidents
Assist the Labour Doctor with pre-employment medical checks (vitals, medical history, basic tests such as vision, BP, BMI, audiometry if required)
Ensure all medical files are handled confidentially and in compliance with regulations
Requirements
Diploma in Nursing
Good level of French
