1–2 years of safety-related or adjacent experience
in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, or a similar field — and are eager to grow in a long-term role — we want to meet you!
This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity

What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day safety operations at active data center construction sites.
Maintain accurate safety documentation, inspection logs, and compliance records.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires regarding site-specific safety protocols.
Monitor site conditions, identify low-level risks, and proactively address safety concerns.
Work closely with technicians, contractors, and site leadership to promote safety awareness.
Report incidents promptly and assist with investigations as needed.
Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and overall site safety standards.
What You Bring:
Experience:
1–2 years in a safety-related or adjacent role within the past five years.
Backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, EMT services, or facility safety are highly encouraged.
Previous exposure to data center environments (with light safety protocols) is a plus.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 certification required
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
Motivated to grow into a full-time, long-term safety career.
