
Membership & DTC Manager
Tasting Room Expo, Napa, CA, United States
Key Responsibilities
Communicate daily with wine club members and DTC customers via phone calls, voice messages, and emails
Build, coordinate, and schedule all wine club releases, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Process all DTC wine sales, with a focus on shipping orders
Manage and update customer/member databases and compile reports as requested
Print packing slips and FedEx tags, and prepare shipments for daily pickup
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory related to club releases and DTC fulfillment
Provide efficient, gracious, and professional customer service in all communications
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, fulfillment, and tasting room teams
Collaborate with the DTC Director to launch and optimize new club programs
Produce monthly communication calendars, including offers, newsletters, and testing campaigns
Assist with winery events several times per year
Occasionally support the Tasting Room team with guest hosting when needed
Assist the Tasting Room team in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales, and helping set up or break down tastings on busy days
Requirements
Experience with ECellar, ShipCompliant, FedEx Shipping Manager, and RedChirp highly preferred
Proficiency in DTC shipping procedures and compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Self-starter who can follow instructions and seek clarity when needed
Team-oriented with a flexible, can-do attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); comfortable using POS and database tools
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
Must be available to work weekends

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift/move/push/pull, etc., for extended periods of time
