The Role
We’re hiring a Wine Club Manager to oversee, grow, and nurture our wine club community across all five membership tiers: Grand Cru, Classe Cru, Premier Cru, Debut Cru, and Industry Club. You’ll be the voice behind our member communications, the face at our events, and the driving force behind retention and growth.
Wine Club Operations & Releases
Build and manage club releases across all tiers using Commerce7 for transactions, member accounts, and fulfillment logistics
Create compelling release emails and member communications via Klaviyo
Coordinate customized selections and ensure accurate, timely seasonal and special release fulfillment
Member Relationships & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, text (RedChirp), and in person
Proactively connect with members to build relationships, resolve questions, and deliver an outstanding experience
Communicate with warmth, personality, and Bayernmoor’s unconventional spirit
Attend weekly manager meetings and assist in developing wine club collateral
Growth & Engagement
Develop strategies to grow membership and improve retention
Track engagement trends and recommend program enhancements
Champion the member experience at every touchpoint
Train staff on wine club procedures so they operate as an extension of the club experience
Event Planning, Management & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute wine club events at the Woodinville Tasting Room and Estate Winery — including release parties, quarterly estate tours, winemaker's dinners, the annual Grand Cru Dinner, and exclusive gatherings
Own event logistics end to end: timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, setup, day‑of management, breakdown, and post‑event follow‑up
Develop fresh, themed event concepts that surprise and delight members and reflect Bayernmoor’s creative spirit
Track attendance, feedback, and results to continuously improve future events
Make occasional trips to our Arlington warehouse for wine inventory and fulfillment needs
Step in to pour and serve wine in the tasting rooms as needed during busy periods or staffing gaps
Who You Are
A people person who lights up connecting with others and making someone's day
A self‑starter with a bias for action and drive for continuous improvement
Experienced and comfortable with POS and club management systems, particularly Commerce7
A strong event planner who can take an event from concept to flawless delivery, managing logistics, vendors, and the unexpected with confidence
An excellent written and verbal communicator
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new platforms (Klaviyo, RedChirp, etc.)
Passionate about wine, hospitality, or community‑driven brands
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between our Woodinville, Estate, and Arlington locations
Required Certifications (within two weeks of hire)
MAST Permit
Food Worker's Card
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in club management, DTC sales, or hospitality
Proven event planning and on‑site event management experienceFamiliarity with Commerce7, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/POS and email marketing platforms
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$26/hour depending on experience
Pooled tips during service hours
