How you’ll make an impact in this role
Coordinate, track, and report on patient safety projects, including progress monitoring and outcome analysis.
Lead and support investigations of patient care events, critical incidents, and near misses in collaboration with department leaders.
Analyze patient care data from multiple sources to identify trends and communicate findings.
Facilitate incident reviews and ensure timely follow‑through on recommendations and action items.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing preferred.
Education
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
