Requirements:
• Active VT License or IMLC
• BC/BE in Gen Surg
• Residency in Gen Surg
• DEA
• CPR
• BLS
• Proficiency in surgical techniques & procedures
• Clean record
• Local/No flights
• Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the month)
