- Additional If Trained as Pediatric Surgeons:
Umbilical Defects (Omphalocele, Hernia, Imperforate Anus)
Physicians in Practice: 2 Gen Surg + new clinician being hired
No. of ORs: 3 (+ Procedure Room)
Trauma Level: III

Requirements:
Active VT License or IMLC
BC/BE in Gen Surg
Residency in Gen Surg
DEA
CPR
BLS
Proficiency in surgical techniques & procedures
Clean record
Local/No flights
