LPN/RN Supervisor – Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced
LPN or RN Supervisor
for the evening shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and supporting a strong team in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
Supervise and support day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the physician
Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina
LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
At least one year of experience in long-term care preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and familiesStrong organizational and prioritization abilities
