OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa is looking for a Food Safety Inspector to join their concessions/operations team. This seasonal position involves inspecting food storage and preparation activities to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations set by the County of Orange Health Department. The role requires a commitment to food safety and effective communication of any infractions detected. Pay is $26.75 per hour for a position not to exceed 122 days.
