Admissions Required: Yes (minimal for IP coverage)

Rounding Included: Yes

Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 PA/NP, 1 MA & 1 office staff

Required Procedures:

- General Urology: Adults

- Laparoscopic surgeries

- Ureteroscopy

- Renal & bladed u/s (w/biopsy)

- TRUS biopsies

- Fertility work-up

Beds in the Dept: 25

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Athena (OP) & Meditech (IP)

Equipment: Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered



Requirements:

Active MI License

BC/BE in Urology/Urological Surgery

ACLS

MI DEA & MI CDS

Previous experience: At least 50 urological procedures in the past 12 months or;

Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited residency/fellowship within past 12 months
