Design Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Design Engineer to support ongoing engineering efforts across new product development, sustaining engineering, and field support for downhole tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance downhole oil & gas tools (completions, fishing, and intelligent completion systems)
Create and maintain SolidWorks models and engineering drawings
Lead projects from concept through testing, validation, and release
Develop and execute test plans; troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues
Maintain engineering documentation and support field performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, suppliers, operations, and field teams to deliver reliable, field-ready products
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)
3+ years of engineering experience preferred
Experience in oil & gas or downhole tool design strongly preferred
Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design best practices
Strong skills in testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
