As an Executive Assistant in our AWS Tax team, you'll be the strategic backbone that empowers leadership to drive transformative business outcomes. Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and meticulous planning. You'll navigate complex schedules, manage critical communications, and serve as a pivotal connector between leadership and cross-functional teams. Every interaction demonstrates your commitment to supporting our executives' success through thoughtful, proactive management.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events
Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international
Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel, or experience with executive level calendar management
Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement

Compensation & Benefits
USA, WA, Seattle - 82,700.00 - 129,800.00 USD annually.
